Total budget revenue in February reaches over VND 1,500 billion
(BNP) - According to the Statistics Bureau, the total budget revenue in February in the province reached VND 1,575.6 billion. Specifically, domestic revenue was VND 1,054.6 billion, equaling 21.9% as compared with the previous month and down 22.9% year-on-year.

In the first 2 months, the total state budget revenue reached VND 7,009.1 billion, reaching 25.6% of the yearly estimate and up 5.4% year-on-year. In particular, some items were higher than the estimation and increased by two digits compared to the same period last year such as revenue from state enterprises; personal income tax collection; charges and fees.
Regarding local budget expenditures, in order to ensure welfare policies for beneficiaries before, during and after Tet, the Provincial People's Committee directed departments and localities to develop the spending plan for activities in the areas of administration, education, health and social security management, at the same time to prioritize investment in key projects of the province to ensure the schedule.
Generally, for 2 months, the total local budget expenditure reached VND 2,410.6 billion, reaching 23.8% of the yearly estimate and up 34.2% over the same period last year. In particular, development investment spending accounted for 52.3%.
