Total export turnover in November increases 5.4%
(BNP) - According to a report of the Statistics Office, total export turnover in November was estimated at USD 3,487.7 million with an increase of 5.4% compared with previous month and 2.9% compared with same period of last year. Among which, export from telephone and components group reached USD 2,945.9 million, up 4% and down 2.5%, respectively.

In 11 months, the total export turnover reached USD 33,580.2 million, up 29.3% compared with the same period of last year. Of which, FDI enterprise sector attained USD 33,441.4 million, accounting for 99.4% and increasing by 29.4%. Most of the staples have high export rates such as product from plastic; textiles, iron and steel; paper and product from paper; computers and accessories; electric wires and cables; phones and components.
For import, the total import turnover in November fetched USD 2,601.2 million, up 6.4% in comparison the previous month and 3.8% in comparison with the same month last year. Of which, FDI enterprise sector accounted for 98%, up 6.3% and down 4.3%.
Generally for 11 months, the total import turnover was estimated at USD 24.057.5 million, up 3.9%. In particular, group of electronic components reached USD 17,645.2 million, up only 0.1%.
