Total export turnover in October reaches nearly USD 3.9 billion
(BNP) – Total export turnover in October was estimated at USD 3,899 million with an increase of 3% compared with previous month and 27.7% compared with same month of last year.

Among which, the private sector increased by 39.4% and was 2.3 times; FDI sector increased by 2.8% and 27.2%, respectively. A number of key products reached quite in comparison with the previous month and same month of last year such as plastic products, wooden products, textiles and garments, phones and components, computers and accessories, wires and cables.
After 10 months, export turnover reached USD 30,231.5 million, a year – on – year increase of 33.8%.
In the opposite direction, import activities tended to slow down, total import turnover in October was estimated at USD 2,718.4 million, up only 2.2% in comparison with the previous month and down 10.1% in comparison with the same month last year.
After 10 months this year, total import turnover was estimated at USD 21,729 million, up only 6.3% compared with the same period of last year.
