Value of industrial production increases 13.2%
(BNP) – In 10 months of 2018, value of industrial production (at 2010 constant price) attained VND 920,118 billion with an increase of 13.2% compared with same period of last year. Among which, sector of manufacturing and processing increased by 13.2%, sector of power production and distribution increased by 15.5%; sector of water supply increased by 5.6%.

In October, value of industrial production was estimated at VND 109,948 billion with an increase and decrease of 1.4% and 6% in comparison with previous month and the same month of last year, respectively.
Among which, sector of manufacturing and processing attained VND 109,796 billion, increasing 1.4% and decreasing 6%; sector of power production and distribution fetched VND 79.8%, down 5.7% and up 11.1%; sector of water supply and wastewater management and treatment reached VND 72.2 billion, up 3.2% and 2.4%.
