Vice Chairman Ngo Tan Phuong receives and works with delegation of Bonghwa district (Korea)
(BNP) - On May 5, Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received and worked with the delegation led by Mr. Park Hyun Gook, Chairman of Bonghwa district, Gyeongsangbuk province, Korea.

On behalf of the delegation, Mr. Park Hyun Gook thanked the provincial leader for spending his time to welcome them, and said that Bonghwa district is the only area in Korea that still retains traces of the descendants of the Ly dynasty as well as is the place living of descendants of Prince Ly Long Tuong.
Currently, the district is implementing the construction of a Vietnamese village project with an area of about 120,000 m2 with the goal of restoring and developing the historical and cultural values of Vietnam and Korea, specially introduction and promotion of the Ly dynasty in Korean society.
Mr. Park Hyun Gook expressed his hope to receive the attention and support from Bac Ninh leader for the construction of the Vietnamese village project as well as create conditions to promote the fraternal relationship between Tu Son city and Bonghwa district.
For his part, Vice Chairman Ngo Tan Phuong quickly informed about the geographical position, culture and outstanding socio-economic achievements of the province over the past time with many indicators ranked among the top in the country.
Appreciating the idea of building a Vietnamese village project in Bonghwa district, Phuong affirmed that Bac Ninh will support Tu Son city and Bonghwa district to implement information exchange activities to promote the values unique culture, promoting people-to-people diplomacy activities to enhance mutual understanding as a premise for implementing cooperation activities in various fields, supporting the promotion of the Vietnamese village project in Bonghwa will soon be implemented. At the same time, he hoped that Bonghwa district will pay attention and support the Bac Ninh community living in the district with specific and practical jobs.
Phuong also hoped that on the basis of the cooperation agreement, the exchange relationship between Bac Ninh in general, Tu Son city in particular and Bonghwa district would grow more and more, contributing to promoting the cooperation relationship between Korea and Bac Ninh province in the coming time.
