(BNP) - On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on January 22 visited and presented Tet gifts at the Bac Ninh Customs Department and Thuan Thanh town.

In 2024, Bac Ninh Customs Department synchronously deployed solutions to improve the effectiveness of state management and attracted businesses to carry out customs procedures in the three provinces of Bac Ninh, Bac Giang and Thai Nguyen.
Sending best wishes for the New Year to the leadership and staff of the Bac Ninh Customs Department, Vice Chairman Ngo Tan Phuong acknowledged and praised the department's achievements over the past year, which contributed to the province's overall development. At the same time, he hoped Bac Ninh Customs Department would continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, experience, proactively remove difficulties and obstacles for businesses, excellently complete the assigned tasks, thereby actively contributing to improving the investment and business environment, increasing import and export growth of the province and the country.

* Also this morning, Vice Chairman Ngo Tan Phuong visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Cuoc, 95 years old, Hoang Xa area, Ninh Xa ward and Mr. Tran Dang Han, who turned 100 years old, Ngo Xa village, Hoai Thuong commune, Thuan Thanh town.
The Vice Chairman kindly inquired about her health and expressed his heartfelt gratitude for Heroic Vietnamese Mother Nguyen Thi Cuoc's great sacrifices and contributions in the struggle for national liberation and reunification. At the same time, he wished her a long life to witness the changes in her homeland and country and to support her descendants in continuing to promote the family's revolutionary tradition.

During a visit to the Thuan Thanh Town Disabled Children Relief Center, the Vice Chairman and the delegation presented over 50 gifts to families of disabled children receiving treatment for cerebral palsy, quadriplegia, deafness, autism, intellectual disability, and other conditions. He wished the families a warm and joyous Lunar New Year, as well as efforts to overcome adversity and rise in life. At the same time, he wished the Center's staff, doctors, and nurses good health and continued dedication to caring for and treating disabled children, assisting them in recovering and reintegrating into the community.
