(BNP) - On the morning of November 10, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan inspected the progress of a number of traffic construction projects in the province.

Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan personally inspected the progress of the project of Provincial Road.287 construction investment from Trung Nghia commune, Yen Phong district (now Yen Phong commune) to Dong Nguyen ward, Tu Son city (now Dong Nguyen ward). The project is invested by the Bac Ninh Provincial Traffic and Agriculture Project Management Board No. 2, with a total route length of more than 6.4km; the roadbed cross-section is more than 12m wide. The starting point is on PR.286, connecting with the existing route to Yen Phong Industrial Park; the end point connects with Hoang Quoc Viet road, Dong Nguyen ward. The project started construction from March 30, 2022.

The Chairman also inspected and urged the progress of the construction investment project of PR.295C and PR.285B routes connecting Bac Ninh city (old) through industrial parks with the new National Highway 3; PR.277B connecting with Ha Bac 2 bridge, Ring Road 4 invested by the Bac Ninh Province Civil and Urban Development Project Management Board No. 2.
The project has a total investment of nearly VND 1,500 billion, the total length of the routes is about more than 18.4km. The entire project has 05 construction packages and consulting and non-consulting packages. Up to now, the consulting packages and 2/5 construction packages of the project have been basically completed. The total public investment capital allocated for the project in 2025 is more than VND 408 billion, disbursed by October 30, 2025 is more than VND 195 billion, reaching 47.7%.

After directly inspecting a number of points and routes of the project, Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan requested the investor to direct the contractor to increase construction, organize acceptance and finalize the completed volume to increase the disbursement rate of public investment capital for PR.285B; coordinate with Yen Phong and Tam Giang communes to focus on site clearance work to clear the construction site.
The Chairman also requested the investor and Yen Phong commune authorities to actively promote site clearance work to implement the construction of a resettlement area for 62 households within the road intersection.

Regarding PR.295C, the Chairman requested the investor and contractor to focus human resources and means to speed up the construction progress of the arranged areas and hand over the site of the PR.295C project; actively coordinate with Kinh Bac ward to promote propaganda and mobilize households in the resettlement area to move their assets early to hand over the site to the construction unit to meet the project progress.
The Chairman requested the Kinh Bac Land Fund Development Center Branch to urge contractors to arrange human resources, increase machinery and equipment to speed up the construction progress of Xuan Vien resettlement area.
The Chairman also hoped that local people would continue to support and accompany the province due to the urgent nature of the project and the pressure of time and relocation implementation.
