1. Geographical location

Nam Son – Hap Linh Industrial Park (IP) is located in Bac Ninh city (old), Bac Ninh province. This is an industrial park with a particularly favorable location as it is located right at the eastern gateway of Hanoi capital, only about 30 km from Hanoi city center, 45 km from Noi Bai international airport, Dinh Vu port - Hai Phong about 100 km and Cai Lan port - Quang Ninh about 120 km. The IP is also located near other large industrial parks of the province such as Yen Phong, Tien Son and VSIP Bac Ninh, forming a chain of industrial production links in the key economic region of the North.

2. Scale and development planning

Nam Son-Hap Linh Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 856/TTg-CN of the Prime Minister dated June 28, 2007 with a total planning area of 1,000 hectares; of which the Industrial Park is 800 hectares, the Urban Area is 200 hectares. The Industrial Park is planned synchronously and modernly with a clear functional zoning system, including industrial production areas, administrative - service areas, warehouses and isolated green areas.

3. Technical infrastructure and support services

- Traffic: The internal traffic system is designed modernly with main roads from 26 - 36m wide, directly connecting to National Highway 1A, Hanoi - Lang Son Expressway, National Highway 18 and planned Ring Road 4. Moving goods to seaports, airports and regional logistics centers is very convenient.

- Power system: Supplied from 110/22kV transformer station, ensuring stable and continuous power supply 24/7.

- Water supply: Clean water source from Bac Ninh Water Plant with large capacity, fully meeting production and living needs in the industrial park.

- Wastewater treatment: There is a centralized treatment plant with a capacity of 12,000 m³/day and night, applying advanced biological treatment technology, ensuring to meet type A standards before discharging into the environment.

- Telecommunications and Internet: High-speed fiber optic cable system, ensuring fast and stable communication connection.

- Support services: Including logistics center, expert housing area, banking services, customs, warehouse and investment procedure support for businesses.
