(BNP) – On the morning of November 5, at Kinh Bac Cultural Center, the opening ceremony of the Vietnam Industry and Manufacturing Exhibition and Vietnam Industrial Automation Exhibition 2025 - VIMF 2025 took place.
Attending the opening ceremony were Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dao Quang Khai; leaders of a number of departments, branches, localities, business associations and a large number of delegates, experts, and domestic and foreign enterprises.

In his opening speech, Vice Chairman Dao Quang Khai said that after the merger, Bac Ninh's economic scale reached more than VND 522 trillion, ranking 5th in the country; GRDP growth rate was estimated at 10.12%, of which the industrial production index increased by 16.45%; export turnover reached USD 77.4 billion, ranking 2nd in the country. Total converted investment capital reached over USD 16.22 billion, making Bac Ninh the leading locality in the country in attracting FDI capital. The whole province currently has 35 industrial parks with a total area of nearly 10,500 hectares, with an occupancy rate of about 55%, affirming its position as a large industrial - production center of the region and the whole country.

He emphasized that the organization of the Vietnam Industrial and Manufacturing Exhibition 2025 (VIMF 2025) in Bac Ninh is an important opportunity to promote the province's industrial potential and strengths, while creating opportunities for domestic and foreign enterprises to access automation solutions, 4.0 technology, smart manufacturing, and expand global cooperation and connection networks.
He believed and hoped that after the exhibition, there would be many trade promotion activities, successful transactions, and contracts and collaboration inked, laying the groundwork for future long-term development and cooperation between businesses as well as countries and territories.

The exhibition will be held from November 5 to 7, 2025, with over 800 booths and a total area of 17,000 m². Businesses from over 20 countries and territories will participate, including Singapore, Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, USA, Germany, Australia, and Vietnam. Over 25,000 specialized visitors are anticipated to attend, including manufacturers, engineers, experts, research institutes, training facilities, and industrial-manufacturing enterprises.
The exhibition displays a variety of products and technologies in the following fields: precision mechanical machinery; automation, robots, industrial IoT; 3D printing; molds - metal processing; energy and environment; internal logistics; MES/ERP/SCADA management software solutions; measurement technology, quality control and smart factory systems.
The booths at the exhibition attract a large number of visitors.
Outstanding activities within the framework of the exhibition included 4.0 Technology Zone (I4.0 Zone); a series of specialized seminars on automation, 3D printing, energy management, digital transformation; a business matching program (Business Matching) to help manufacturers and suppliers meet, exchange and establish effective B2B cooperation.
