(BNP) - The Department of Construction issued Document No. 08/SXD-QLN on public announcement of the Decision approving the investment policy of the Social Housing Project in Dai Phuc ward, Bac Ninh city (now Dai Phuc ward, Bac Ninh province) in accordance with Decision No. 485/QD-UBND dated June 13, 2025 of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.
As a result, the public publication of the Decision authorizing the investment policy of the Dai Phuc Ward Social Housing Project in Bac Ninh Province would take 30 days, allowing interested investors to register as investors in accordance with the law.
Project information is announced as follows:
- Project name: Investment project to build social housing area in Dai Phuc ward, Bac Ninh province.
- Project implementation location: Dai Phuc ward, Bac Ninh city (now Dai Phuc ward, Bac Ninh province).
- Investment goal: Continue to effectively implement the housing development program; promote the development of social housing, particularly workers' housing, with full cultural and sporting facilities, entertainment areas, schools, medical facilities, and commercial service areas; and meet the housing needs of low-income people and workers in industrial parks.
- Project scale: Population size is about 764 people; land use size is about 5,481.7m2.
- Expected construction scale:
+ The social housing project is expected to include 01 building with 19 floors above ground + 01 attic + 01 basement, accommodating about 368 apartments and the commercial service floor area not exceeding 20% of the total residential floor area.
+ Technical infrastructure system: Traffic, water supply, drainage, electricity, fire protection, parks, trees, parking lots,... ensuring connection with the general technical infrastructure system of the area.
- Total investment capital: About VND 561 billion including:
+ Estimated compensation and support costs for site clearance: About VND 2,651 billion
- Implementation progress: Expected 03 years from the date the investor is handed over the land to implement the project.
