(BNP) - On the occasion of the successful conclusion of the 12th Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Thai sent congratulatory letters to Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Xaysomboun province Phoi Kham-Hung Bun Nhuong and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Hua Phan Province Phut Phan Keo Vong Xay.
Bac Ninh’s Secretary Nguyen Hong Thai and Xay Som Bun’s Secretary Phoi Kham Hung Bun Nhuong at the meeting to summarize the cooperation agreement for the period 2021-2025 and sign the cooperation agreement for the period 2026-2030.
In the letter, the Bac Ninh Secretary congratulated the two comrades who were elected to the Lao People's Revolutionary Party Central Committee. He expressed his confidence that, under the wise leadership of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, directly the 12th Central Committee, the country and localities of Laos, including Xaysomboun and Hua Phan provinces, will continue to uphold revolutionary traditions, unite, overcome all difficulties and challenges, successfully achieve the goals and tasks set forth in the Congress Resolution, and achieve many great accomplishments in the process of renovation and construction.
The Secretary also expressed his desire to further cultivate the friendly cooperative relationship between the two sides, making it deeper, more practical, and more effective in various fields.
