Yen Phong II Industrial Park is an expanded industrial park of Yen Phong I Industrial Park, built to meet the strong development needs of domestic and foreign investors, especially high-tech, electronics and supporting industry corporations.


 

1. Location:

Yen Phong II Industrial Park is located in Yen Phong district (old), Bac Ninh province, in the Northern key economic region.

This is an area with a rapid industrialization speed, located about 35 km from the center of Hanoi city, about 22 km from Noi Bai international airport, about 120 km from Hai Phong seaport and close to key traffic routes such as National Highway 18, National Highway 1A, Hanoi - Thai Nguyen expressway. Yen Phong II Industrial and Urban Area was established under Decision No. 856 / TTg-CN of the Prime Minister dated June 28, 2007, with a total planning area of ​​1,200 hectares, with a total registered investment capital of VND 1,617 billion, of which:

+ 1,000 hectares for industrial production.

+ 200 hectares for urban areas, services and social infrastructure.

+ Yen Phong II-B (VSIP Bac Ninh II): ~189 ha

+ Yen Phong II-C: ~145 ha

Each sub-zone has its own functions and characteristics, flexibly meeting the needs of different manufacturing industries such as light industry, heavy industry, high-tech industry and supporting industry. The large area of ​​industrial land for lease, flexible in terms of land area, helps businesses easily expand their production scale in the long term.
