5th Tu Son City’s Youth Football Tournament opens

(BNP) – In order to celebrate Youth Union Congresses at all levels, moving to the XV Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union Congress, term 2022 - 2027, on August 22, the opening ceremony of the 5th Tu Son City Youth Football Tournament – 2022 took place at stadium of Dong Nguyen ward, Tu Son city.

The 5th Tu Son City’s Youth Football Tournament is a practical activity to promote the movement of practice and sports competition, especially football among union members and youth in the city, thereby, creating conditions for union members and young people to meet, exchange experiences, unite and make efforts in study, labor and work.

The tournament attracted 12 teams from the Youth Union of 12 wards in the city. The teams competed in a 07-person field format, 30 minutes each half, divided into 4 groups, play in a round-robin format, choosing the 2 first and second teams from the group to enter the next round.

Right after the Opening Ceremony, there were matches between 2 youth football teams of Dong Ky and Trang Ha wards (group A); Dong Ngan and Tam Son wards (Table B).

As planned, the Tournament will take place at the end of the afternoon every day of the week and close on September 5, 2022.
