Bac Ninh Power Company cycles in response to Earth Hour 2025

The parade prepares to depart from the headquarters of Bac Ninh PC.

Accordingly, the parade marched on some main streets of Bac Ninh city to promote the meaning of the “Earth Hour” program in 2025 and called on everyone to join hands to voluntarily turn off unnecessary electrical appliances in the family from 8:30 P.M. to 9:30 P.M. on March 22 (Saturday night). Therefore, the program encourages people’s awareness of saving electricity, mobilizing organizations, agencies and people to participate in turning off lights and unnecessary electrical appliances during the Earth Hour Campaign.

Earth Hour is an initiative of the International Union for Conservation of Nature with the aim of raising public awareness about climate change and energy saving worldwide. This is an international event held annually to encourage households, production and business establishments to use electricity economically and organize activities to respond to the impacts of climate change.

With the slogan “Use electricity safely, economically, benefit both the country and the family” in response to “Green transition, green future”, the Earth Hour campaign in 2025 is deployed to raise awareness of saving electricity in society and promote the implementation of the Law on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy. The time to turn off the lights in the Earth Hour campaign in 2025 is from 8:30 P.M. to 9:30 P.M. of Saturday on March 22, 2025.
