Export turnover reaches more than USD 10 trillion in first quarter

(BNP) - In the first quarter of 2022, export turnover of goods was estimated at more than USD 10 trillion, down 5.6% over the same period last year.

FDI sector decreased by 5.7%; domestic enterprises increased by 35.4%.

Import turnover was estimated at more than USD 9,300 billion, up 9% over the same period last year. Imported products (mainly electronic components) increased sharply (+22.9%).

In the first quarter of 2022, the province's trade balance had a trade surplus of USD 700 million.
