General Secretary To Lam presents Tet gifts to invalids and sick soldiers.

Joining the delegation were Members of the Politburo including Mr. Secretary of the PCC, Head of the Central Commission for Information and Education; General Luong Tam Quang, Minister of Public Security; Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Secretary of the PCC, Chief of the PCC Office; Members of the PCC including Mr. Tran Luu Quang, Chairman of the Central Economic Commission; Mrs. Dao Hong Lan, Minister of Health; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Lieutenant General Nguyen Hong Thai, Commander of Military Region 1.

For Bac Ninh province, participants at the delegation were Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Member of the PCC, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee (PPC), Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies; Mrs. Nguyen Huong Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the PPC, Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the PCC, Deputy Secretary of the PPC, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee.

On behalf of the Party and State leaders, General Secretary To Lam respectfully sent and wished warm greetings, a happy new year and new victories to the Party Committee, authority and people; current and former leaders; cadres, party members; Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, invalids and sick soldiers; intellectuals and students with outstanding achievements of Bac Ninh province.

General Secretary To Lam acknowledged and commended the achievements of Bac Ninh province in the 2020-2025 term with many socio-economic indicators leading the country. He highly appreciated Bac Ninh’s proactive and creative spirit in leading the country in social security work for many years, especially in caring for the material and spiritual lives of families of meritorious people, the elderly, and people in difficult circumstances.

General Secretary To Lam requested the Party Committee, authority and people of Bac Ninh to promote the achieved results, continue to build the Party, a clean and strong political system; focus on streamlining the organization and apparatus to operate effectively and efficiently. He hoped that the current and former provincial leaders; invalids, sick soldiers, relatives, families of martyrs, whom with meritorious services would promote the revolutionary and academic traditions, continue to make significant contributions to the development of Bac Ninh as a prosperous and civilized homeland.

On this occasion, General Secretary To Lam and the Central Delegation presented gifts to retired former Provincial Party Secretaries; intellectuals, religious dignitaries; Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, invalids and sick soldiers; and students who won the International Gold Medal in 2024.
