(BNP) - According to Department of Planning and Investment, in the first 10 months of 2022, 2,170 enterprises newly established (up 15.2% over the same period in 2021) with a total registered capital of more than VND 17,408 billion; The average registered capital of a newly established enterprise was VND 08 billion. Of which, the rate of online business registration applications reached 97.67%, ranking 8th in the country.

Also in 10 months, the province had 743 enterprises registered to operate again, up 25.5%; 1,280 enterprises registered to suspend operations, up 43.3%; 261 enterprises carried out voluntary dissolution procedures, an increase of 13.4%; 271 enterprises changed their operation type, up 12.6%.
Up to now, the province has 19,987 enterprises with a total registered charter capital of more than VND 343,340 billion. Of which, there are 18,702 enterprises in operation with a total charter capital of more than VND 334,309 billion; The average registered capital per enterprise is VND 17.9 billion.
In addition, there are 1,285 enterprises registered to suspend operations with a total charter capital of more than VND 9,030 billion; issued notices of violations to 3,463 enterprises and issued a decision to revoke business registration certificates for 2,957 violating enterprises at the request of tax authorities.
