Nearly 5,000 land use right certificate issued

(BNP) - Since the beginning of the year, issued 4,911 certificates of land use rights for the first time with an area of 256.7 hectares were issued. Among which, 2,808 certificates of with an area of 217.6 ha were issued for organizations; 2,103 certificates with an area of 39.1 ha for households and individuals.

2,038 certificates were changed and re-issued Certificates, Certificates of house ownership, Certificates of work ownership are. 30,810 certificates were registered land change; 35,858 cases were registered secured transactions. Besides, the provinces also provided information for 1,152 turns of organizations wishing to exploit.
