Program of Quan Ho folk song singing on boat takes place on evening of December 16

The program of singing Quan Ho folk songs on the boat is held periodically.

Accordingly, the Quan Ho folk song program on the boat will take place from 8:10 pm, December 16, 2022 (Friday), at Nguyen Phi Y Lan park, opposite the headquarters of the People's Council - Provincial People's Committee. The program is broadcast live on the radio and television stations of the province.      

Along with that, street activities will be held from 4pm to 10pm such as street music exchanges; folk dance; Folk games; service booths…; the display and introduction of a number of products of traditional craft villages in Bac Ninh province; the introduction of tours, routes, points and tourist services in Bac Ninh province at the area of Ly Thai To street in front of the Provincial Museum.

Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is the standing agency of the Organizing Committee coordinate with other departments, branches, Bac Ninh City People's Committee and related agencies to implement the plan to ensure synchronization and promote the highest efficiency. In addition, coordinate to ensure health work, security and order, traffic safety, landscape preservation, urban environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting, ensuring a stable power supply throughout the duration of the activities.

This is a practical activity to welcome the 2022 Cultural Workshop on "Institutions, policies and resources for cultural development", organized by the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Education in Bac Ninh province; serving the needs of people in and out of the province to enjoy culture, sports and tourism; arouse pride in the homeland's cultural traditions; raising awareness and responsibility for preserving and promoting the value of world cultural heritage - Quan Ho Bac Ninh folk song.
