Provincial leader visits and offers New Year’s Greetings to Luong Tan Pumping Station

(BNP) - On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2022, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan visited and presented Tet gifts to officers and employees of Luong Tan Pumping Station, Yen Trung commune, Yen Phong district.

Luong Tan pumping station consists of 04 units with a capacity of 12,800m3/h each, meeting the water demand for irrigation of more than 700 hectares of land in Yen Phong district.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Standing Vice Chairman Tuan praised the sense of responsibility of the staff of Luong Tan Pumping Station as well as the pumping stations in the province to ensure water for agricultural production.

Tuan presented gifts and sent his Tet greetings to officials and employees of Luong Tan Pumping Station. He asked the Agriculture sector and localities to focus on guiding farmers to use the dumped water as well as create favorable conditions for officials and employees of pumping stations to feel secure in their work.
