Quang Bo craft village industrial cluster establishes

(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee has just signed and promulgated the Decision to establish Quang Bo Craft Village Industrial Cluster (Quang Phu Commune, Luong Tai District).

According to the Decision, Quang Bo craft village industrial cluster covers an area of about 10 hectares; The East borders on Provincial Road 284 road and Quang Bo village people's cemetery, the West borders on agricultural land in Gia Binh district, the South borders on District Road 01 planning road and agricultural land in Quang Phu commune, the North borders on Provincial Road 284 and Dai Bai commune (Gia Binh district).

The project of Quang Bo craft village industrial cluster is invested by Thien Truong Phu Production and Trading Joint Stock Company, which is synchronously built with an infrastructure system with a total estimated investment of more than VND 155 billion including: Traffic system, rainwater drainage system, drainage and waste treatment system, water supply system, power supply system, communication, fire and explosion prevention and other services for construction investors factories producing goods, raw materials, other auxiliary materials…

The legal procedures to establish Quang Bo craft village industrial cluster will complete in 2023; the site clearance and construction of technical infrastructure works in 2023 – 2024; the project will complete and put the project into operation in 2024 - 2025.
