Most communes met the following criteria: planning, irrigation, power, education, information and communication, housing, labor, public administration, health, national defense, and security. Some criteria such as transportation, culture, production organization, and rural economic growth, have a low percentage of communes meeting them.
To meet the aim of having at least three communes completed by the end of 2024 and two communes completed by 2025 for advanced new rural regions, the Town People's Committee focuses on mobilizing financial resources to invest in infrastructure to meet the remaining criteria, speeding up the progress of evaluating and recognizing 3-star OCOP products in the town, promoting propaganda about new rural construction to the people, promoting the role of the people, creating the combined strength of the whole society in building new rural areas, integrating capital sources from agricultural and rural programs and projects to effectively implement the new rural construction program in the area, etc.
