Secretary Nguyen Anh Tuan receives RoK Parliamentary Delegates

(BNP) - On August 7, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan received and worked with a RoK Parliamentary Delegation led by Mr. Kim Hack Yong. Mr. Park Noh Wan - Korean Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Vietnam; General Director of Samsung Complex in Vietnam also joined the delegation.

Participants at the meeting included Mr. Tran Van Tuy, former member of the Central Committee of the Party, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the Vietnam - Korea Friendship Parliamentary Group; Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee; representative from the Vietnam - Korea Friendship Parliamentary Group; leaders of provincial departments.

At the meeting, Mr. Kim Hack Yong thanked the respectful reception of Bac Ninh’s leaders and congratulated Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan for his promotion to hold the new position of Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee by the Politburo.

He highlighted this year, the 30th anniversary of establishment of the friendly cooperation relationship between Vietnam and Korea, as a milestone marking a journey of many achievements with hundreds of Korean enterprises investing in Vietnam and a lot of Korea’s leading industrial groups are operating effectively in Bac Ninh province.

Kim Hack Yong pledged to support the investment expansion activities of Korean enterprises in Vietnam in general and Bac Ninh province in particular, while expressing his hope for Bac Ninh’s continued support for Korean businesses in the province.

At the meeting, Secretary Tuan welcomed the Korean Parliamentary Delegation, emphasizing that after 30 years of the relationship establishment, Vietnam and Korea have earned many achievements in various fields.

On the other hand, Tuan informed that, with 16 integrated industrial parks approved by the Prime Minister, Bac Ninh is ready to welcome a new wave of investment as well as the expansion of Korean businesses. With the motto that the success of the enterprise is the success of the province, Bac Ninh is committed to standing side by side, cooperating, and bringing development for both sides.
