Package No. 16, the section through Bac Ninh city is over 14.2 km long; through Que Vo town is over 11.7 km long. On May 20, the Traffic Construction Project Management Board, the Department of Transport signed a contract with a consortium consisting of Nga Hai Company Limited, 68 Service and Trade Construction Joint Stock Company, Hai Dang Joint Stock Company and Bridge 75 Construction Joint Stock Company to build the project, which has a contract value of over VND 1,000 billion and an implementation time of 1,080 days.

Currently, 12 road construction sites and 3 bridge construction sites are being implemented on the route with a total implementation volume of nearly VND 47 billion, reaching 4.36% of the contract value.

Directly inspecting the construction progress of package No. 16, Vice Chairman Ngo Tan Phuong emphasized that the investment project to build Ring Road 4 is a key project that the province pays special attention to. As a result, local authorities where the project passes through must thoroughly understand and strictly implement the province's directive documents on site clearance, as well as promptly complete the handover to the investor to ensure construction progress.
