(BNP) - On October 4, Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received and worked with a delegation of Kenan Foundation Asia (Kenan) led by Mr. Richard Bernhard, Chief Representative.
Overview of the meeting.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Richard Bernhard said that Kenan is a non-governmental organization headquartered in Thailand, specializing in supporting businesses to improve their knowledge about social responsibility, capacity building for women, youth, education and training.
In 2024, Kenan proposed to implement a project to support vocational skills for students at 02 vocational colleges in Bac Ninh province. The Bac Ninh Industrial College has been implementing the project since May 2024. It has not yet been implemented at Bac Ha College of Technology due to issues with aid-receiving procedures. As a result, Kenan hoped to transfer the project fund that was expected to support Bac Ha College of Technology in 2024 (due to not being implemented) to Bac Ninh Industrial College for implementation in 2024.
