Bac Ninh Provincial Customs Department listens to and resolves difficulties for businesses
On the afternoon of February 25, the working delegation of Bac Ninh Provincial Customs Department had a working session at Biel Crystal Vietnam Manufacturing Co., Ltd., VSIPI Industrial Park. This activity is part of the 2025 Work Program of Bac Ninh Customs Department and the implementation of the Plan to develop Customs-Business partnership and related parties.

Biel Crystal VN Manufacturing Co., Ltd. officially started operating in Bac Ninh in 2017, specializing in the production of electronic components for mobile phones. Currently, the Company has a total factory area of 6.7 hectares, creating jobs for 4,000 workers and 350 engineers. The import and export turnover in 2024 reached more than 830 million USD and is expected to reach more than 1 billion USD in 2025.
Bac Ninh Customs Department manages the area of 3 provinces: Bac Ninh, Bac Giang and Thai Nguyen, has organized dialogue conferences, proactively organized working delegations to meet and work directly with businesses to listen, share and solve difficulties and problems for businesses, and join hands with businesses to develop. The Customs Department also promotes customs modernization reform, helping to improve customs clearance time and reduce costs for the business community.
With the desire to listen to recommendations, difficulties and obstacles in the import and export of goods and investment activities of enterprises, to have timely exchanges and solutions in the spirit of frankness and openness towards the goal of creating substantial and practical convenience for the import and export of goods and investment of enterprises.
The representative of the leadership of Bac Ninh Customs Department committed that the Customs agency will continue to provide maximum support for the import and export activities of enterprises. One of the information that the business community has been interested in recently is the restructuring of the apparatus and organization of the Customs sector. Regarding this, Bac Ninh Provincial Customs Department affirmed to the business community in general and Biel Crystal Vietnam Production Company Limited in particular that all customs procedures and customs clearance of goods of enterprises will continue normally, without any obstacles due to the arrangement of the new operating apparatus in the coming time.
Previously, the Bac Ninh Provincial Customs Department worked with a number of enterprises with import-export activities in Yen Phong Industrial Park and Tan Duong Industrial Cluster, Dinh Hoa District (Thai Nguyen), which areas are managed by the unit./.
