(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee has just signed a Decision approving the task of Detailed Planning of the New Urban Area for Ecology, Resort and Entertainment Services in Lien Bao and Hoan Son Communes, Tien Du District (now Lien Bao and Dai Dong Communes, Bac Ninh Province), at a scale of 1/500.

According to the Decision, the planning research area is in Lien Bao and Dai Dong Communes, Bac Ninh Province, along the North-South Expressway in the East (CT.01) with a total planning research area of about 91.96 hectares. Of which, the detailed planning area of the urban area is about 84.94 hectares; the area of traffic routes and existing schools being studied for infrastructure connection is about 7.02 hectares. The expected population size is about 18,800 people.
This is an ecological residential area combined with a commercial service center with synchronous investment in technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, environmental quality, harmonious landscape architecture; a modern service and entertainment area of the region with a modern, vibrant space, attractive amenities.
The planned planning area has the following functions: Commercial and service center area; new residential area (low-rise housing types, high-rise apartments...); mixed-use area with residential, commercial and service areas; public works area (culture, education...); green areas, water surface, sports, parks, flower gardens; traffic and technical infrastructure areas (power stations, pumping stations, garbage collection, parking lots...).
The detailed planning time is no more than 6 months from the date the planning task is approved./.
