(BNP) - On the afternoon of November 14, at the Provincial Conference Center, the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Standing Committee held a conference to announce the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work. Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee attended and presented the Decision.

At the conference, Head of the Department of Localities I (Central Organizing Committee) Nguyen Van Tung announced Decision No. 2522-QDNS/TU dated November 14, 2025 of the Secretariat. Accordingly, the Secretariat decided: Mr. Pham Hoang Son - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province - ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, ceased to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong congratulated comrade Pham Hoang Son on being trusted, transferred and appointed by the Politburo and the Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
He emphasized that Comrade Pham Hoang Son grew up from the grassroots and has held many positions, and is considered a capable and experienced cadre in Party building and state management. Regardless of his position, he is always united, makes efforts, is responsible, completes well and excellently the assigned tasks, and makes important contributions to the overall achievements and results of the locality, agency, and unit.
The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee believed that with his experience, comrade Pham Hoang Son would promote all his capacity, enthusiasm and responsibility, continue to learn, strive together with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee to excellently complete the assigned tasks, especially in the context of new work and tasks with many challenges and high requirements, meeting the expectations and aspirations of the Central and the province.
Speaking at the ceremony, the new Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Pham Hoang Son promised to always maintain political courage, moral qualities, exemplary spirit, putting the interests of the Party and the people first and foremost; giving all his strength, intelligence, and enthusiasm to contribute to the cause of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building the Party and the political system, caring for the lives and happiness of the people of Bac Ninh.
To complete the assigned tasks, Mr. Son hoped to continue to receive the attention, leadership and direction of the leaders of the Party and State, central agencies, departments, ministries and branches; especially the leadership, support, help, share, join hands and consensus of the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Bac Ninh province and the political system in the province.
