(BNP) - On the afternoon of July 28, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Steering Committee 138 of Dai Dong commune, Bac Ninh province organized the National Day for National Security Protection in 2025. This is one of 30 locations selected by the Central Steering Committee 138 to organize the Festival nationwide.

Attending the festival were Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung, Deputy Minister of Public Security; Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Loi; Major General Bui Duy Hung, Director of the Provincial Public Security.

Dai Dong commune was established on the basis of merging the entire administrative boundaries of 03 communes including: Tri Phuong, Hoan Son and Dai Dong commune (old), with a natural area of about 19.7km2, a population of over 78,000 people, and 18 villages. The commune has National Highway 1A (old), Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway, provincial roads 276, 287 running through it, along with many key industrial parks and clusters such as: Tien Son Industrial Park, VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park, Dai Dong - Hoan Son Industrial Park, Tri Phuong Industrial Cluster, attracting hundreds of domestic and foreign enterprises, tens of thousands of workers to do business, work and live.

Speaking at the Festival, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung acknowledged, commended, and warmly congratulated the Party committees, authorities, and political systems at all levels of Bac Ninh province and Dai Dong commune on their recent achievements in building a people-wide movement to protect national security.

The Deputy Minister requested the Bac Ninh Provincial Public Security and Dai Dong Commune Public Security to continue to promote their role as core forces with a proactive and creative spirit in advising the Party Committee and the government; closely coordinate with departments, branches, and localities in implementation; continue to build a clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern police force; continue to advise on building, consolidating, and perfecting the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level.

Also at the meeting, Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan requested all levels, sectors, localities and units to continue promoting the strength of great solidarity, enhancing the proactive and active role of the people in the cause of protecting national security.
The Chairman also asked Dai Dong commune to raise awareness and responsibility of the entire political system and the entire population in ensuring security and order, considering this one of the key and regular tasks; replicate advanced models and examples in the movement of the entire population to protect security and order at the grassroots level; increase the application of technology, promote digital transformation in local management...
