(BNP) - The Kinh Bac Ward Women's Union, in coordination with the Vietnam Traditional Medicine Group and Anandi Brand, organized the program "Giving Ao Dai - Sending Love," presenting many meaningful gifts to women members and children in difficult circumstances in Tay Yen Tu and Duong Huu communes.

Participating in the program were Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Secretary of the Kinh Bac Ward Party Committee Ta Dang Doan; leaders of Kinh Bac ward and the two communes of Tay Yen Tu and Duong Huu.

At the program, the Kinh Bac Ward Women's Union and accompanying units presented 300 sets of Ao Dai along with cash and gifts worth 46 million VND to poor women and children in Tay Yen Tu commune; and presented 250 sets of Ao Dai along with 10 gift sets worth 5 million VND to poor women and children in Duong Huu commune.
The presented gifts not only contributed to supporting and encouraging women members and children in difficult circumstances but also spread the spirit of mutual affection and sharing within the community. This was also a practical activity in response to the "Accompanying poor women and children in Bac Ninh province" campaign while contributing to the effective implementation of emulation movements launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Central Vietnam Women's Union, especially the "The whole country joins hands for the poor - Leaving no one behind" movement.
