“Youth Shelter” project in Thuan Thanh town inaugurated and handed over
(BNP) - On January 16, the Provincial Youth Federation and the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of the province held the inauguration and handover of the “Youth Shelter” project in Mao Dien commune, Thuan Thanh town. This is a provincial-level youth project to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The project “Youth Shelter” was started in September 2024 for youth member Nguyen Thi Van in Ho hamlet, Mao Dien commune, Thuan Thanh town. Ms. Nguyen Thi Van has a particularly difficult situation due to a traffic accident.
After 4 months of construction, the house was completed and put into use covering over 110m2, with a total cost of over VND 200 million. The Provincial Youth Federation and the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha supported VND 70 million. The Thuan Thanh Town Young Entrepreneurs Association, the Red Cross, and the Vietnam 5K Community in Bac Ninh province supported cash and many construction days.
At the ceremony, the Provincial Youth Federation, the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of the province and related units handed over the house and presented meaningful gifts to Ms. Nguyen Thi Van’s family.
