According to the decision, the construction planning project is 1/2,000 Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park - subdivision C with an area of ​​about 196 hectares of communal communes, Dai Dong Thanh, Gia Dong ward and Song Ho ward, Thuan Thanh town; labor scale about 19,600 people; the power supply target is about 350 kW/ha for industrial and warehouses; the target of water supply is about 25 m3/ha/day and night for industrial production land and warehouses; the amount of wastewater generated for collection is 100%.

This is a multidisciplinary industrial park that prioritizes high-tech, environmentally friendly, intelligent technology, and ancillary industries; it does not attract industrial projects that pose an environmental concern.

In terms of space and landscape architecture, the Industrial Park organizes horizontal and western traffic axes, as well as north-south traffic axes, as a road and landscape axis connecting the industrial park's functional zones to the external transport system; the internal transport system is organized as a closed ring.  Landscape architecture in an industrial park in the form of architectural green areas, high-tech industry, modern and harmonious functional regions.

In addition, the construction of architectural accents in the service land area, operating at the location of the industrial park's entrance in a modern form suitable for industrial types, to ensure uniformity between the region's shapes, architectural lines, and construction colors.

The industrial park's technical infrastructure works include surface water collection systems, transportation, water and energy supply, passive telecommunications infrastructure, wastewater drainage, solid waste management, and environmental protection solutions.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction, the People's Committee of Thuan Thanh Town and the relevant agencies to organize the public announcement and plug in the field boundary in the field under the construction planning project of 1/2000 Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park - subdivision C approved as prescribed; strictly manage construction investment according to the planning in accordance with regulations, avoiding encroachment, overlapping and violating planning.
