Average registered capital of newly established enterprise rises in first 8 months in 2021
(BNP) - In the first eight months of 2021, 1,508 enterprises were newly established with a total registered capital of VND 18,806 billion, up 20.6% in total registered capital over the same period last year.

The average registered capital of a newly established enterprise reached VND 12.5 billion.
505 enterprises were returned to operation, up 62.9%; 775 enterprises were registered to suspend operations; 135 enterprises were voluntarily dissolved; 190 enterprises were transformed their activities.
Accumulated up to now, there are 20,436 enterprises, with an increase of 12.5% compared same period last year with a total registered charter capital of more than VND 307,255 billion, an increase of 7.9% and 4,025 affiliated units, up 16.4%.
