Bac Ninh City Women's Union launches City's Women Entrepreneurs Club
(BNP) - On March 6, the Women's Union of Bac Ninh city held a meeting to celebrate the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8, 1910 - 2025) and the 1985th anniversary of the Trung Sisters' Uprising as well as the establishment of the City's Women Entrepreneurs Club.
Leaders of the Provincial Women's Union and Bac Ninh city present the Decision and congratulate the City's Women Entrepreneurs Club.
During the meeting, delegates discussed the significance of the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day, the 1985 anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung uprising, the glorious historical tradition of the Vietnamese people, the heroic tradition of Vietnamese women, Bac Ninh province, and Bac Ninh city.
The City Women's Union announced the decision to establish the City Women Entrepreneurs Club with 21 members who are business owners and women entrepreneurs supported by the City Women's Union to access loans under Project 939 "Supporting Women Entrepreneurs" in the area.
The Club will be a place for members to connect and support one another in realizing their startup ideas by taking part in training courses, practical training, business skills, finding capital and partners, being supported in connecting, consuming products, cooperating in business development, etc. At the same time, it strengthens production and business management capacity and encourages the creative development of female-owned businesses by assisting one another in finding markets, production, and business partners, as well as developing in the direction of investment, long-term and stable cooperation, community development, and gender equality.
On this occasion, the female leadership team under the management of Bac Ninh City Party Standing Committee donated funding to sponsor 5 orphans in difficult circumstances with a support level of 500,000 VND/child/month, from April 2025 to the end of December 2026. The Bac Ninh City Women's Union presented the "Women's Tree Road" project with 4,000 trees to the Nam Son Ward Women's Union.
