Bac Ninh records nearly 200 newly-established enterprises in January
(BNP) - According to report of Department of Planning and Investment, in January 2021, there were 187 newly established enterprises with a total registered capital of more than VND 2,191 billion; average registered capital per new enterprise reached VND 11.72 billion. Among which, the rate of online business registration dossiers reached 92.32%, ranking 7th nationwide.

Also in January, the province issued registration to establish branches, representative offices and business locations for 69 affiliated units; carried out dissolution procedures for 29 businesses and 46 affiliated units; 21 enterprises converted their operation; 316 enterprises and 50 affiliated units registered suspension of operation; 229 businesses and 21 affiliated units registered to operate again.
Until now, there are 18,293 in operation with a total registered capital of more than VND 282,708 billion; average registered capital per new enterprise reached VND 15.4 billion. Among which, there are 10,056 One Member Limited Liability Companies; 4,951 Limited Liability Companies with Two or More Members; 2,758 Joint-stock companies and 531 private enterprises and 01 partnership.
