Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee receives reporter of The Times Magazine (UK)
(BNP) – In the morning of August 9th, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received and worked with reporter of The Times Magazine (UK) on introducing investment opportunities in Bac Ninh.

The Times Magazine is one of the most prestigious and oldest newspapers in the UK, which was first published in 1785. Since The Times Magazine establishment, it has always been loved by readers with an average daily circulation of more than 400,000 publications.
At the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Quynh introduced the potential, strengths and policies to attract foreign investment in Bac Ninh. Thanks to favorable geopolitical location, modern and synchronous transport system, and attractive investment policies, so far, Bac Ninh has become a dynamic development locality with many leading indicators across the country. In order to achieve that result, it is an important contribution of the business community, especially foreign enterprises. Currently, Bac Ninh province has more than 1,300 FDI enterprises with a total capital of about USD 18 billion from 34 countries and territories, of which, there are more than 20 projects from Europe.
The Chairman said that Bac Ninh is in the process of becoming a centrally-run city in 2022, a smart city, an electronic industrial production center, a training center and a spiritual tourist destination. Therefore, the province will focus on selecting projects of high technology, environmentally friendly, large budget revenues… Besides, the province also attract big universities to build facilities in the area, this will be 2 factors to help Bac Ninh step by step develop steadily. In addition, Bac Ninh is deploying 2 Industrial Park including Yen Phong II-C and VSIP 2 IPs, these are smart IPs located in a favorable position to catch up with new investment waves.
Chairman Nguyen Tu Quynh also sent a message to foreign investors, "Bac Ninh always considers businesses as friends, the success of enterprises is also the success of the province". Bac Ninh province committed to facilitating and maximizing support for enterprises to learn about investment in the locality. At the same time, he hoped that through The Times Magazine, the image of people and the attractiveness of Bac Ninh's investment environment will be advertised around the world.
