Delegation of Huaphanh province visits and extends Tet greetings to Bac Ninh province

Welcoming and working with the Delegation were Mr. Nguyen Huu Quat, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mrs. Dao Hong Lan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thu, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council and leaders of relevant of departments and sectors.

At the meeting, Permanent Deputy Secretary Nguyen Huu Quat brief on the province’s socio-economic development situation of in recent years. After more than 21 years of re-establishment, Bac Ninh province has now become one of the fastest-growing localities with many targets in the top nationwide. To get the result that is due to the attention and leadership of the Central Government, the province, the coordination between the local and foreign countries, including Huaphanh province of Laos.  At the same time, it is expected that in the future, the friendship between Bac Ninh and Hua Phan will become more and more sustainable.

Mr. Kham Phiu Vong Sa Van sent the greetings to the Party Committee, authorities and people of Bac Ninh province. Mr. Kham Phiu Vong Sa highly appreciated the outstanding achievements of the province in the past year. Besides, he also hoped that Bac Ninh province would continue to have programs and cooperation activities in order to help Hua Phan province in developing all fields, thereby, helping the province develop socio-economy, constantly improve the people's lives.
