Delegation of People's Committee Office of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province visits and works in Bac Ninh

Currently, Bac Ninh is one of the leading localities in developing e-government, smart city model and is one of the three provinces approved by the Prime Minister to pilot the establishment of Public Administration Center under the Provincial People's Committee. Especially, on September 26^th 2019, the Provincial People's Committee organized a trial operation of the smart city operating center system with the most integrated integration scale in Vietnam, helping the provincial leaders monitor and capture comprehensive information related to agencies, departments, localities, sectors ... in the whole province.

At the meeting, Chief of the Office of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Trinh Huu Hung and departments and branches directly discussed and answered questions that the Delegation of the People's Committee Office of Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province paid attention to such as organizational structure apparatus, the work of operation, payroll, procedure for handling administrative procedures, allowances for officials working at the Public Administration Center and the commune-level one-stop-shop unit; legal basis for implementing the project of building smart city model and so on.

Highly appreciating the effective operation of the Public Administration Center as well as the implementation of building an e-government and a smart city model of Bac Ninh province in the past time, Mr. Vo Thanh Phong, Deputy Chief of Office of Ba Ria-Vung Tau Provincial People's Committee affirmed that this experiences in the meeting will be valuable experience for the Office in counseling the recommendations and suggestions to the Provincial People's Committee in order to soon deploy construction in the coming time.

On this occasion, the Delegation visited the Provincial Public Administration Center and the Smart City Operating Center (Department of Information and Communications).
