Establishing Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park
(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 545/QĐ-UBND on establishing the Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park.
Yen Phong IP is located in Cho town, Dong Tien and Tam Giang communes (Yen Phong district).
Yen Phong II-C IP, located in Cho town, Dong Tien and Tam Giang communes, Yen Phong district, has a planned area of about 219.22 hectares, with a total investment of more than VND 2,234 billion and invested by Viglacera Corporation - JSC. Its duration of the operation is 50 years from the date of issuing investment policy decision.
Functional areas in the IP include Land for construction of factories, operating areas, services, trees, traffic, parking lots and key technical infrastructure works ... Locations and sizes of zones functions in line with the approved Yen Phong II Industrial Zone Master Plan and are connected to each other via the traffic axes in the Industrial Park.
The works in the Industrial Park are built with modern architecture, integrated with industrial functions. Operating and service buildings have the height of 2-9 floors; while plants have the height of 1-7 floors.
