Investing in building new and expanding dormitory at Bac Ninh High School for Gifted

The project aims to invest in the construction, renovation, repair of some items and construction of new and expanded dormitories of Bac Ninh High School for the Gifted, thereby, creating spacious and comfortable facilities and a good learning environment for students; and meeting the needs of school development in the coming period.

The investment project for construction, renovation, repair and upgrade of Bac Ninh High School for the Gifted is invested by the Provincial Urban Development and Construction Investment Project Authority with a total construction investment of more than VND 84 billion. This is a Group B project; type of civil works level III; the duration of use is not less than 50 years. The project implementation progress is from 2024 to 2027.

According to the Decision, the new dormitory has an area of ​​about 178m2 with a total floor area of ​​about 1,600m2. The building has 09 floors, 01 ground floor and a stairwell; the ground floor is arranged with a dormitory lobby, canteen, warehouse and toilet area; from the 01st to the 09th floor, each floor is arranged with 03 dormitory rooms (each room has a private toilet) and a staircase and corridor area. The power supply, water supply and drainage, fire prevention and fighting and termite prevention systems are designed synchronously according to standards.
