More than 600 enterprises newly established

(BNP) - According to report of the Department of Planning and Investment, in the first quarter of this year, 634 enterprises were newly registered with a total registered capital of more than VND 6,054 billion; the average registered capital per newly established business was VND 9.55 billion. Among which, the rate of online business registration application reached 96.75%, ranking fourth in the country.

Also in the first quarter, 389 enterprises registered to operate again; 81 enterprises converted their type of operation; 502 enterprises registered to suspend operations; 74 enterprises carried out voluntary dissolution procedures.

Up to now, there are 19,800 enterprises in operation in the province with a total charter capital of VND 331,801 billion; the average registered capital per enterprise is VND 16.76 billion. Among which, 11,226 one-member limited liability companies; 5.249 Limited Liability Companies with 2 or more members; 3,026 Joint Stock Company; 498 Private enterprises and 01 partnership.

In addition, 1,028 enterprises registered to temporarily suspend operations with a charter capital of VND 6,335 billion.
