Phuc Hau communal house relic, Lim town
(BNP) - Built in the Le Dynasty (17th century), through time and war with many restorations, until now, Phuc Hau communal house, Lim town, Tien Du district still retains its ancient architecture. It is a place of cultural and religious activities of local people.
The communal house worships 6 tutelary gods: Cao Son Dai Vuong, Than Vu Dai Vuong, Le Dong Dai Vuong, Le Trung Dai Vuong, Chang Sam Dai Vuong, Trung Son Thach Than who fought against the Thuc invaders.
On either side of the communal house gate are two kneeling elephant statues.
In front of the communal house is a large lake with a green stone embankment, in the middle is Thuy Dinh.
Great Communal Hall has 3 compartment, 2 lean-tons.
Curved roofs.
In front of the Great Communal Hall is a pair of green stone dragons.
Emperor’s Harem
Phuc Hau communal house still preserves many valuable ancient documents and artifacts.
Every year, the festival is held on January 13 (lunar calendar) to commemorate the merits of the ancestors. Phuc Hau communal house is classified as a provincial relic in Decision No. 2169/QD-CT dated December 20, 2004.
