Provincial leaders visit and congratulate Bishop's Office of Bac Ninh Diocese on occasion of Christmas 2022

Provincial leaders present flowers to congratulate the Bishop's Office of Bac Ninh Diocese.

Joining the delegation were Ms. Tran Thi Hang, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Loi, Chairman of Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of relevant departments, branches and sectors.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Secretary Tuan presented flowers and congratulated the Bishop's Office of Bac Ninh Diocese and priests, religious and all parishioners.

The Secretary informed about some socio-economic results and affirmed the important contribution of Catholics to the development of the province over the past time. He hoped that in the coming time, local priests, dignitaries, religious and lay people will become more and more well implement the guidelines and policies of the Party and State, the Pope's address and the direction of of the Bishops' Conference of Vietnam " “Living the gospel in the heart of the nation to serve the happiness of the compatriots”.

Deputy Bishop of Bac Ninh Diocese Do Quang Khang thanked the provincial leaders for their attention to the religious activities of Catholics in the province over the past time. The Deputy Bishop affirmed that he will continue to propagate and mobilize Catholic dignitaries and lay people to well implement the guidelines, policies and laws of the Party and State, and fulfill their civic obligations; strengthen solidarity, unification, accompany the authorities at all levels to perform well the task of socio-economic development, strengthen national defense and security, contribute to building Bac Ninh province more and more civilized development.
