Secretary Dao Hong Lan inspects epidemic control at VSIP Bac Ninh

Provincial leaders check the temporary quarantine area of Biel Crystal Vietnam Co., Ltd.

VSIP Bac Ninh is currently home for more than 110 enterprises in operation with more than 36,000 workers. The Industrial Park (IP) already set up a Committee for Prevention and Control of Covid-19 epidemic and a Covid-19 Safety Team and worked on other measures such as plans to quickly response the disease; disinfection of workplaces and means of transport for employees, and establishment of temporary isolation areas. At the same time, all employees in the IP had to make their medical declaration and daily health during the epidemic prevention peak.

From April 27 up to now, 04 F1, 216 F2, more than 300 F3 cases and 49 cases in blockaded areas in the IP are traced. All are currently isolated.

Inspecting conditions for the pandemic fighting at Biel Crystal Vietnam Co., Ltd. (VSIP Bac Ninh), Secretary Lan acknowledged the efforts of VSIP Bac Ninh and enterprises in the IP for the Covid-19 control.

She required the Provincial Steering Committee for the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic to release detailed guidance documents to help enterprises and employees take effective measures; urgently set up teams to support the IPs; regularly inspect and supervise the observation of regulations on disease prevention and control.

She further requested departments, branches and localities to closely coordinate with the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority to manage the work of epidemic prevention and control at businesses and local residents as well as strengthen propaganda to raise awareness of businesses and employees on measures to fight against the epidemic.

With the spirit of "Every citizen is a soldier, every enterprise is a fortress”, the Secretary asked enterprises in the IP to quickly establish and effectively operate the Covid-19 Safety Team; sign a commitment to comply with the regulations on fighting against Covid-19; prepare detailed plans and scenarios for each level of fighting.
