Standing Vice Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan receives and works with Kanagawa Industrial Promotion Center
(BNP) - On November 17, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received and worked with Mr. Mogi Yoshibaru, Director of Kanagawa Industrial Promotion Center (Center) and a number of businesses in Kanagawa province (Japan).

At the meeting, Mr. Mogi Yoshibaru said that Kanagawa province has been carrying out many exchange and promotion activities to establish cooperative relations with Bac Ninh province. The Center supported and introduced many Japanese enterprises to invest in Bac Ninh province, especially, Canon Company.
Mogi Yoshibaru wished that in the coming time, Bac Ninh province will continue to support and create favorable conditions for Japanese businesses as well as Kanagawa province to explore investment opportunities in Bac Ninh; the two localities continue expanding cooperation opportunities in all fields.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, Standing Vice Chairman Tuan was delighted to welcome the Kanagawa Industrial Promotion Center and a number of Kanagawa enterprises to learn about investment in the province.
Tuan quickly informed about the geographical location, potential, strengths, as well as outstanding achievements in the province’s socio-economic development over the past time. Currently, the province has 16 integrated industrial zones (10 industrial zones have been put into operation), attracting more than 1,700 FDI projects with a total investment capital of about USD 23 billion from 39 countries and territories. Of which, Japan ranked third in terms of investment capital with 97 projects with a total capital of about USD 1.6 billion.
Tuan emphasized that with the preparation of clean premises in industrial zones, Bac Ninh is ready to welcome new waves of investment, including businesses from Kanagawa province.
Tuan assigned the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority and the Department of Planning and Investment to act as the focal point to connect with the Kanagawa Industrial Promotion Center to share and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of research and investment in the province.
On this occasion, Kanagawa Industrial Promotion Center and a number of Kanagawa enterprises visited and surveyed at Que Vo Industrial Park and Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park.
