Thuy Mao Communal House
(BNP) – Thuy Mao communal house (Thuy Mao village, Mao Dien commune, Thuan Thanh district) was built around the second half of the 16th century or the beginning of the 17th century on the banks of the Duong River. In 1920, the communal house was moved into the village. In 1951, the communal house was destroyed to meet the requirements of the revolution, only the Emperor’s Harem remains to this day. The communal house worships the tutelary god as "Lac Thi Dai Vuong", the ancestor of the Vietnamese nation.
Nghi Mon
Currently, Thuy Mao communal house is located on a beautiful land in the middle of the village, facing the southwest, next to an ancient temple called "Chan Nghia Tu", in front is a well and a village pond, surrounded by a densely populated area. In the communal house - pagoda is planted many ancient trees, creating a green space.
The communal house has the architecture of Chinese “Dinh” letter.
On the roof of the communal house are two statues of dragons looking at the moon
