(BNP) - To Hien Thanh temple, Bui village, Thua town, Luong Tai district was built a long time ago. Athrough historical ups and downs, the temple was completely destroyed during the resistance war against the French colonialists.

In 1999, local people built 03-compartment Emperor’s Harem on the land of the old communal house to serve as a place of worship. In 2005, the Front Ceremonial Hall was renovated and embellished.

On the roof of the temple are two statues of dragons looking at the moon.

The temple has the architecture of Chinese “Nhi” letter. Of which, Front Ceremonial Hall consists of 3 compartments and 2 lean-tons.


Emperor’s Harem consists of 3 compartments.


Temple of To Hien Thanh and other famous people.

According to the elders in the village, the temple worships To Hien Thanh Dai Vuong and other famous people of the homeland and the country such as Nguyen Tien Luong (pass Hoang Giap in 1472); Nguyen Bat Tuy (2 times pass doctorate in 1508, 1511) and Mr. Ho Quoc.

Antiquities and artifacts kept at the temple have historical and documentary value.

To Hien Thanh Temple was ranked as a provincial historical and cultural relic by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 166/CT-QD/UBND dated 24/02/1998.
