Total agricultural, forestry and fishery products increases by 7.59%
(BNP) - According to Department of Statistics, total products of agriculture, forestry and fishery in the first 6 months of 2021 was estimated at VND 2,183 billion with an increase of 7.59% year-on-year.

Among which, the output of pork increased by 75.5% compared with same period.
The area of aquaculture in earthen ponds was estimated at 5,150 ha; the number of cages in the river reached 2,267 cages with an increase of 205 cages; the total aquaculture production was estimated at 18,938.8 tons.
In the field of cultivation, Bac Ninh planted more than 31,100 hectares of spring rice. Spring rice yield in the whole province was estimated at 66.2 quintals/ha, up 1.9 quintals/ha; the output was estimated at 205,951.8 tons. In addition, the whole province planted more than 12,300 hectares of vegetables, industrial plants and perennial crops.
