More than 12,000 land use right certificates isued

(BNP) - According to Department of Natural Resources and Environment, in the first 6 months of the year, Bac Ninh issued 12,335 certificates of land use rights to organizations and households.

Specifically, 1,290 certificates of land use rights for the first time were issues, among which, 40 cases of organizations; 1,250 cases of households and individuals; 11,045 certificates were renewed due to land fluctuations, among which 12 cases of organizations, 11,033 cases of households and individuals.

Adjustment of fluctuations on certificates issued for 7,569 cases, among which, 277 cases of organizations, 7,292 cases of households and individuals. 18,927 cases were registed security, of which, 552 cases of organizations, 18,375 cases of households and individuals. Confirming conditions for transferring land use rights to organizations when implementing 13 projects with 955 residential land lots.
