Total registered capital for newly enterprises increases by 29%

(BNP) – In the first 7 months of 2021, 1,291 enterprises newly established with a total registered capital of VND 14,523 billion, with an increase of 29% in total registered capital compared with same period in 2020.

The average registered capital of newly established enterprise reached VND 11.2 billion, up 35.1%.

467 enterprises were returned to operation, up 71.7%; 712 enterprises were registered to suspend operation; 109 enterprises were dissolved; 158 enterprises were transformed their type of operation.

Accumulated up to now, there are 18,790 enterprises in operation with a total registered capital of more than VND 314,677 billion and 3,976 affiliated units.
